Redlands Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related exterior surface services to residential and commercial customers in Redlands, CA and surrounding communities.
Services are performed by licensed crews at your property following an on-site assessment and written estimate. The specific scope of each job is defined in the written estimate provided before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates are provided in writing and reflect the scope of work, materials, and pricing at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit. If additional issues are discovered once work begins - such as hidden base failures, subsurface drainage problems, or structural damage not visible during the initial assessment - we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised estimate for any additional work.
Final pricing may change only if there is a documented change in scope, unforeseen conditions discovered during the job, or a written change order agreed to by both parties.
Jobs are scheduled on a confirmed basis. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled job date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee to cover crew and material staging costs.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as practicable and work with you to find the next available date.
For sealcoating and surface work, jobs may be postponed if weather conditions - such as rain, extreme heat, or high humidity - would prevent proper curing. Your safety and the quality of the finished work take priority over any specific schedule.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate for each project. For most residential jobs, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling, with the balance due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your estimate. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond the due date may be subject to a late fee, and we reserve the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances.
Disputes about an invoice must be raised in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing concerns promptly.
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be described in your written estimate or project agreement. Any warranty provided covers defects in workmanship under normal use and is void if damage results from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or alterations made by others.
Asphalt and sealcoating surfaces are subject to environmental conditions including sun exposure, heat, soil movement, and vehicle loads. Normal wear and minor surface changes that occur over time are not covered under any workmanship warranty. Cracks caused by ground movement or tree root activity are not workmanship defects.
Except as expressly stated in a written project agreement, Redlands Asphalt Paving provides services on an "as-is" basis. We make no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

If a dispute arises between you and Redlands Asphalt Paving, we encourage you to contact us directly first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Either party may initiate mediation by providing written notice to the other.
Any legal claim arising from these terms or services provided must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved through mediation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
Redlands Asphalt Paving reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of this website or engagement of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
